Cary Sherburne is a recognized speaker and author, skilled at building brand awareness and internal/external communications effectiveness. She and her team have extensive experience in packaging and marketing technology-oriented products and services; organizing and developing materials for company meetings, events and seminars; and in delivering bottom line results through building and executing benchmark marketing and public relations initiatives.

Cary Sherburne

Cary Sherburne is a well-known author, journalist and marketing consultant whose practice is focused on marketing communications strategies for the printing, packaging, publishing and textiles industries. She was recognized as a 2009 Woman of Distinction by Output Links and was awarded the 2009 Thomas McMillan Award for excellence in journalism. In 2015, Sherburne was inducted into the prestigious Soderstrom Society and received the 2015 Girlie Award from Girls Who Print. Sherburne has written six books, including Digital Paths to Profit, published by NAPL; and most recently, No-Nonsense Innovation: Practical Strategies for Success, written with the late Bill Lowe, the Father of the IBM PC and available on Amazon. She has also ghost-written several books for busy executives, for whom she makes the process simple and efficient, and edited a number of books written by industry professionals. In addition to her role as Senior Editor at WhatTheyThink, the leading online news and analysis resource for the printing, packaging, publishing and textiles industries, she is the section manager for WhatTheyThink’s textile’s section which reports on the analog-to-digital transformation the industry is undergoing. Sherburne occasionally writes for other trade magazines and associations, as well as creating by-lined editorial and other marketing materials for private clients.
